| Nearly all the games listed are complete
and videoed on a high quality digital video camera with new
DV tapes. However, due the limitation
of my own experience and that of the other camera operator some movement may be
a little jerky in the earlier games. It's a
learning process which we are improving on every time we do it. |

"Refereeing Moments" is a film specifically produced to aid in the running
of Referee Training or to form the basis of a discussion point showing real
game situations and the common problems encountered by many Referees even at
the highest level of competition.
The film footage was taken by us at
several top level competitions including the 2002 World and 2003 European
Championships. Various speeds of playback are used to hi-light particular
situations with informative overlaid text to point out specific issues
coming up.

Although the total
running time of this film is around 13 minutes, it often takes about 45
minutes to go through with frequent pause and replaying sequences. This is an invaluable
resource for Groups, Clubs, Organisations who deal with Referee Training and
individuals or informal discussion groups who want to improve their own
understanding of Practical Refereeing.

| This was
originally created for a promotion at the 2004 London Boat Show where
Canoe Polo was a demonstration sport. One of the shorter sequences was
requested by the organisers to be shown on the big screen at the end of
the pool prior to the demonstration games to draw the crowds of
spectators to the area.
All the film for this DVD was taken at a Meridian
Canoe Club training session and digitally edited in house by Clyde.
Each sequence has the
same up-beat sound track throughout.

Sadly due to some camera location issues with the U21 Final and people
standing the first 5 mins wasn't actually worth having.
With all the extra times etc The total running time is just under 3 hours.
DVD2 Notes:-
Most of the games filmed on Pitch 1 will include partial obstruction due to
the vertical posts holding up the roof. The camera position was chosen to
take into account the best possible position given this problem.
Due to Many spectators jumping and stamping feet a lot, to avoid camera
shake, many of the games were filmed on pitch 1 with the camera held in the
hand.
